Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Katie's Vintage Corner, we take great care when preparing and packing our vintage ceramics, glassware and collectables.

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days of receiving payment.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24, depending on the parcel and delivery requirements.

UK postage is calculated at checkout according to the shipping weight of the order, with rates starting at £5.00.

All items are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you require an item urgently, please contact us before purchasing.

International Delivery

We are preparing tracked international delivery to selected destinations, initially Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

International shipping will be available only for eligible items that meet our parcel size and weight restrictions.

Once available, international postage charges will be calculated at checkout according to the destination and shipping weight.

Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees imposed by the destination country.

Where orders are shipped on a duties-unpaid basis, these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

Please check your country's import requirements before ordering.

Some destinations or delivery services may require duties and taxes to be collected before dispatch. Any such arrangements will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

All customs declarations will accurately state the contents and value of the goods.

Packaging

As many of our items are vintage, fragile or difficult to replace, we take particular care with protective packaging.

We may use clean, suitable recycled packaging materials where appropriate.
