Wedgwood Pale Blue Jasperware Fruit Bowl – Lord Wedgwood Signature 1995

A beautiful Wedgwood pale blue jasperware fruit bowl, featuring elegant white classical relief decoration and a distinctive gold inscription dated 1995.

The bowl has a soft matte blue finish, complemented by a continuous raised border of oak leaves and acorns. Beneath the border, classical figures and finely detailed trees create a graceful pastoral scene inspired by traditional Wedgwood designs.

A particularly interesting feature is the gold inscription on the underside, understood to have been personally applied by Lord Wedgwood during a Wedgwood collectors' gathering in 1995.

With its timeless neoclassical decoration and unusual signed detail, this is an appealing piece for Wedgwood enthusiasts and collectors of British ceramics.
