Abaty Pottery was established by Dennis Lacy in Pontrhydfendigaid in Cardiganshire, Wales, in the 1970s and 80s. The pottery industry in the Ewenny area has a rich history, with fifteen potteries thriving in the mid-18th century. Today, only two remain: Ewenny Pottery and Claypits.
