Vintage Portmeirion Botanic Garden flour and sugar sifter featuring the Bellis Perennis (Daisy) botanical motif.

This useful kitchen accessory has a tall cylindrical body with a pierced domed lid, allowing it to be used for dusting flour, icing sugar, cocoa or other fine ingredients. The botanical decoration features delicate daisies with accompanying insect detail in the distinctive naturalistic style of the Botanic Garden collection.

Botanic Garden was designed by Susan Williams-Ellis and launched by Portmeirion in 1972. Inspired by antique botanical illustrations, Williams-Ellis deliberately used different flower motifs across the range rather than repeating a single design.
