A decorative collection of three polished natural stone eggs, each displaying completely different colours, veining and banding.

The set includes a warm honey/caramel example with pronounced horizontal bands, a pale green and cream egg with beautiful concentric markings, and a striking dark stone egg with contrasting natural veins.

Decorative stone of this type is commonly sold as onyx or onyx marble, although much of the material traditionally used for these pieces is more accurately described as banded calcite/aragonite.

Each egg measures approximately:

2.5" / 6.4 cm long

As these are made from natural stone, variations, veins, inclusions and differences in colour are inherent characteristics of the material rather than manufacturing faults.

Condition:
Good pre-owned condition with signs of previous handling/display as expected. Please examine all photographs carefully as they form an important part of the description.
