A lovely matching set of seven Royal Albert Celebration side plates, made in England from fine bone china.

The Celebration pattern features beautiful sprays of pink, burgundy and white roses with soft green foliage, arranged around Royal Albert's distinctive scalloped-edge plate.

These examples are genuine Royal Albert factory seconds. Factory seconds were pieces graded below first quality by Royal Albert, often because of relatively minor manufacturing imperfections such as small glaze, decoration or moulding variations. In many cases the reason for the second-quality grading can be difficult to identify from the front of the piece.
