Vintage Chřibská Czech Art Glass Pink & Amber Sculptural Bowl – Hospodka Style

A striking piece of vintage Czech art glass, attributed to the renowned Chřibská glassworks of Czechoslovakia.

This substantial sculptural bowl features layers of warm amber-yellow and cranberry pink glass encased within clear glass, creating beautiful shifts of colour as the light passes through it. The deeply formed organic shape and sweeping lobed rim give it the bold, fluid appearance associated with mid-century Czech glass.

Chřibská produced a number of closely related sculptural bowls in pink, yellow and other contrasting colourways, with several documented designs associated with Czech glass designer Josef Hospodka.
