Vintage Luminarc J.G. Durand Windsor Rubis Glass Vase – France

A striking vintage French glass vase from the Windsor Rubis range by J.G. Durand / Luminarc.

Dating from around the 1970s, the vase combines substantial clear moulded glass with rich ruby-red geometric panels. The deeply sculpted block construction creates wonderful refractions through the clear glass and gives the vase a particularly architectural, retro appearance.

The vase has a tall multi-sided form and feels substantial for its size.

The underside is impressed FRANCE, consistent with documented examples of this Luminarc/J.G. Durand design.
