Vintage Poole Pottery Brown Spiral Relief Vase – 8"

A striking vintage Poole Pottery vase, made in England and featuring a wonderfully architectural rectangular form with rich chocolate-brown glazing.

The vase has two smooth, highly glazed broad faces, contrasted by matching textured relief panels running down the two narrow sides. Each panel features a bold repeating spiral and geometric design, creating plenty of depth and texture as the light moves across the surface.

Its clean rectangular silhouette and earthy brown palette give the piece a distinctly mid-century / retro character, while the relief decoration adds the sculptural quality associated with Poole's more adventurous post-war designs.

The underside carries the Poole England factory mark together with Dishmaster Oven Proof markings.
